Mirage Group began as a distributor and grew into the company regional print businesses call when a machine has to work, not just arrive. Certified partner of the industry's leading brands, present in four countries with a subsidiary in Africa, and now, through BaT'M Ltd, a manufacturer of its own industrial printing platform. This is how that happened.
The story
No single leap, but a steady accumulation of capability. Each stage made the next one possible, and the last one surprises no one who watched the others.
Mirage Group opens its doors in Bulgaria with a conviction that still defines it: selling a machine is the easy part, keeping it productive for years is the real work. From day one, service sits at the centre, not the margin.
The company becomes official representative and certified service partner of HP, Zünd, DGI, Trotec, Summa, Transmatic and Forsstrom. An HP Gold Partner within the HP PartnerOne program, ISO 9001 certified, with technicians trained and certified by the manufacturers themselves.
Offices and warehouses across Bulgaria, Serbia, North Macedonia and Malta, plus the distinction of being the only European distributor with a subsidiary company in Africa. The complete cycle, from equipment selection through installation, training, warranty and beyond, runs the same everywhere.
Two decades of installing and servicing the world's best machines taught us how a good one is built. Through BaT'M Ltd, our manufacturing division, we now build NOMAD: an industrial printer for uncoated media, engineered and assembled in Europe, and offered to distribution partners across the EMEA region.
What we have always been
A complete partner, not a box mover. We help select the right equipment, install it, train the staff who run it, and stand behind it with certified remote and on-site service, including colorimetry.
